He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his brothers, Carmen (Theresa), Nick (Nancy) and John; his daughters, Marla (Jim) and Melanie (Douglass); his grandchildren, Samantha, Benjamin and Sophia; his stepson Robert; his grandchildren, Jordan, Mia, Genevieve, Vanessa and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Ma'kai and Kaiah.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
