He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Charles, Sr. and Regina McCaffrey; and his sibling Jerry. He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy, Eddie and Jeanie; his wife Josie McCaffrey (O'Donnell); his children, Colleen McCaffrey of Upper Chichester, Diane McCaffrey McKenna of Aston and Patrick Charles McCaffrey, III of Downingtown; his grandchildren, Ryan, Caitlin McKenna, Patrick, Tristan and Anna McCaffrey; and his siblings, Charles and Nancy.
