He is survived by: his brother Joe; his mother Joan Cirillo (Packer); his uncle Roy Penman (Jan); his siblings, Ralph J. Cirillo, Jr. (Debbie) and Joanmarie Smith (Jimmy); his nieces and nephews, Jocelyn (Matthew), Jenna, Jessica, Carmen (Michael), Ralph III (Amy), Anthony, Monica and Joseph; and his stepdaughter Ralynn Hayes.
