She was predeceased by: her parents, Manus O'Donnell and Catherine O'Donnell (late Patrick Charles McCaffrey, Jr.); her sister Kathy McGovern; and her brother-in-law William Starkey. She is survived by: her sister Reenie; her children, Colleen McCaffrey, Diane McCaffrey McKenna and Patrick C. McCaffrey (Janelle Kreider); her siblings, Maureen Starkey, Manus O'Donnell (Carol) and Charlie O'Donnell (Joy); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Caitlin McKenna, Patrick IV, Tristan and Anna McCaffrey.
