Jane Louise Russell Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jane Louise Russell of Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Peters and E. Evelyn Lythgoe Peters; her husband Arthur Russell III; her brother Harry D. Peters (Joy); her sisters-in-law, Barbara Peters and Louise Rutledge; and her nephews, Dutton Peters Jr. and John A. Peters.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dutton Peters of Lancaster and Elsie Shepherd (Gale) of Kirkwood. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, but also their spouses, and later, her grandnieces, grandnephews, and great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home (3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA 19060). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jane's memory may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, 576 Concord Road, Glen Mills, PA.
