He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph Collins and Mildred Mary Grover; his brother John Marshall; and his wife Katheryn Collins. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Wagner (Eric) and James Joseph Collins, Jr.; his grandchildren, Ashley Cassatt, Trent Carpenter, Megan Wagner and Taylor Wagner; his great grandchild Quinton Carpenter; his former wife Mildred Theetge (Donald); and his cousin Bill Yost. He is also survived by (Cousin), and many other nieces and nephews.
