He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Hallman and Attracta Hallman (Harkins). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hallman (Blickley); his children, Jennifer Jones (David) and James Hallman III (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Madisyn Jones, Emilie Jones and Charlotte Hallman; his brother John Hallman; his sister-in-law Christine D. Hallman; and his nieces, Gina Hallman and Julia Hallman. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
