He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip (Margaret Dolores D'Orazio) and Andy. He is survived by: his wife Judi Smola D'Orazio; his children, Adrienne D'Orazio (Pete Brennan), Elizabeth D'Orazio (Marco Avendano), Candice McClennen (Scott) and Damien D'Orazio; and his grandchildren, Brooke, Anthony D'Orazio, Austin and Declan McClennen.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org).
