He was predeceased by: his daughters, Mary Quinn and Beverly Kramer (Keith). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Quinn (Kimenhour); and his children, Lucinda Ortiz (Ron), Diane Baxter (Jeff) and Vincent Quinn. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16, great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
