He is survived by: his wife Betty Monroe (Miller); his brother David Jay Monroe; his sister-in-law Sharon Monroe (Fabian) of Martinsburg, VA; his son Scott Monroe; his daughter-in-law Anne Getz; his daughter Sheryl Burnett (Monroe); his son-in-law Richard Burnett; and his grandsons, Jesse and Jordan.
