It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Minder of Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania, born in Milford, New Jersey, who passed away on February 25, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Pursell and Edna Pursell (Singley); her husband Richard W. Minder; her sons, Richard Craig Minder and Michael Alan Minder; and her sister Sara Haney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurel L. Scheetz (Robert) of Durham, PA and Chrisse L. Fitz (Dwayne). She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
