He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Dewitt and Ruby Cecil Fulmer (Phillips); his wife Frances Irene Snyder; and his brothers, Gleason, Maurice and Ross Fulmer.
He is survived by: his children, Angela D. Mead (Lynn) of Millville, Carol "Sue" Rubin of Wasilla, Ala, Tina M. VeldKamp (Abel) of Anchorage, Ala, Alan H. Fulmer (Janet) of Unityville and William "Bill" D. Fulmer (Sandra) of Unityville; and his sister Betty West of Montgomery, Ala.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
