Puterbaugh (Phillips); his daughter Lori Ann Fausnaught (Ken, Jr.) of Muncy; his foster son Michael D. Snyder (Bonnie) of Unityville; his sister Barbara Boose of Ephratal; his granddaughters, Lauren E. Fausnaught of Danville, Erin M. Bomberger (Codey) of Montoursville and Taylor R. Fausnaught of Muncy; his great grandchild Corah Shay Bomberger; and his brother Bob. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
