He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kelly (Pavick); his family, David, Cindy Kelly, Mary Beth, Jake Millward, Grace, Kristina, Destiny, Katelyn, Kristi, Michael Tylman and Heather Keffer (Dennis Povanda); and also, Tricia, Michael, Margaret (Matthew Mandella), Tyler, Ashlyn, Landon, Joseph, Eli and Jesse.
