He is survived by: his stepfather Eugene Adams; his wife Rosalie Springer (Nascimbin); his children, Tammi Brangard of Lemont Furnace and William E. Springer Jr. of Hopwood; his grandchildren, Rachel Brangard and Clarence Brangard; his great grandchild Serenity Taucher; his sister-in-law Bobbie Springer of Mount Braddock; his nieces, Marissa and Victoria; his sister-in-law Ruth Johnston of Hopwood; and his nephews, Richard and Jody.
