He is survived by: his children, Becky Macino (Marcus), Michael Lukach and David Lukach; his granddaughters, Erica and Lila Macino; his sisters, Marlene Bandzuch (Bill), Donna Berkshire and Barbie Atz (Bob); his mother-in-law Shirley McBride; and his brother-in-law G. Daniel McBride (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their children.
