He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Popp and Mary Popp (Mager); and his stepson Richard A. Young. He is survived by: his wife Adalay Young Popp (Pritt); his stepchildren, Robert Young (Denise) of Uniontown, Michele Young of Uniontown, Carol Robinson of Uniontown, Mary Beck (Dave) of Butler, Ruth Ruddish (Scott) of Butler and Kathy Hederick of Butler; and his siblings, Philip Popp of Georgia, Richard Popp of Uniontown and Karen Harvey of Georgia. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
