She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia; her former husband Kenneth Kephart; her husband Joseph H. Combs; her daughter Kimberly Kephart; her grandson T. J. Boyd; her sister Eleanor Frances Keffer; and her nephew Dale Keefer (Robert Sickles).
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Boyd (Terry), Linda Schlotthober (Melvin) and Kenneth Kephart; and her siblings, William Bixler (Janet), Jack "Ira" Bixler (Linda), Thomas Bixler and Anna Coleman. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; stepfamily members and extended family.
