He is survived by: his siblings, Ardeth Gilmore (Epps) of Uniontown, PA, William O. Epps, Jr. (Carolyn) of Newport News, VA, Spencer D. Epps (Ruth) of Adah and Paul R. Epps (Dorothea) of Butler, PA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, and friends.
