He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Taylor and Mary Taylor; and his brother Wayne Taylor. He is survived by: his brother Dr. Brian Taylor; his sister-in-law Dr. Judith Taylor of Uniontown; and his nieces and nephews, Maggie Taylor (Quinten Burkett), Paul Taylor of Uniontown, Jacqui Taylor of Dayton, Ohio and John Burkett of Uniontown.
