He was predeceased by: his parents, Constance L. Miller (Harford) and Thomas Rafter; his sisters, Laurie Fowler of Derby and Valerie Emerson of China Grove, N. C.; and his nephew Tyler Miller.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Miller of Wichita, Kan, Linda Bartolovich (Joseph) of Davenport, Fla., Rick Miller (Donna) of Destin, Fla., Patty Harper (Bill) of Waltersburg and Dan Miller of Washington; his brothers-in-law, Robert Fowler of Derby, Kan and Hal Emerson of China Grove, N. C.; and his nieces and nephews, Leanne Lisco (Eric), Steffany Hagler (Greg), Jennifer Simpson (Jay), Ashley Null (Josh), Kaylie Glaze (Nicole), Madelyn Miller, John Fowler (Stacey), Ben Miller (Laura), Eric Miller, Patrick Miller (Keri), Bradley Perkins, Zack Miller and Matt Stanec (Sara).
