She was predeceased by: her parents, John Petish and Emma Petish (Keiser) of Uniontown; and her sisters, Cecelia Mlakar and Pauline Ondrejko. She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Miller (Loretta) of Uniontown and Deborah G. Patrignani (Christopher) of Monmouth Junction, NJ.; her grandchildren, Cary L. Allen (Misty) of Smithfield, Katherine E. Miller of Indiana, PA and Anastasia Stryker (Keith) of Orange, NJ; her great grandchildren, Cassandra, Lexis, Jacob, Tylar Allen and Rosalie Stryker; her siblings, Margaret Fitzpatrick of Uniontown and John A. Petish (Louise) of Grafton, OH.; and her sister-in-law Margaret Gasparatz of Uniontown.
