He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael F. Bashada and Mary Wassilchalk Bashada; his wife Dolores Jean Davis Bashada; his daughter Cathy Jo Bashada; his granddaughter Nicole Bashada; and his siblings, Michael Bashada Jr. and Mary Ann Minnett.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Bashada of Uniontown, Scott (Jill Bashada) and Dave (Theresa Bashada); and his grandchildren, Dawson Bashada, Cassidy Bashada, Haley Bashada and Natalie Bashada. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
