With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry D. Carter of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 17, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard Donald Carter; and his son Tyler Highfill. He is survived by: his mother Jean Ella Hoyt; his wife Heather Carter; his children, Rien Carter of Bethany, OK, Richard Carter (Sierra) of Uniontown, Terri Hoyt (Jeff) of Fairchance, Presley Carter of Uniontown and Halie Carter of New Salem; and his brother Ronald Dwayne Carter of Madesto, CA.
