She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Boback and Katherine Boback (Krawchak); her sisters, Catherine Eardenberger and Madeline Boback; her brother-in-law Bernard Eardenberger; and her husband Paul T. McCaffrey of Kingston, PA.
She is survived by: her children, NJ, Martin McCaffrey, Karen Kayoumi (Anthony Stone), Alan McCaffrey (Veronica) and Sylvia; her grandchildren, Jamie Covington (Neil), Kei, Alexander, Michael, Stephen (Amy) and Andrew McCaffrey; her great grandchild Tilghman; and her niece Ann Bonavita.
While there are no COVID restrictions at this time, the family understands if you wish to remember Sylvia privately in a way that celebrates your friendship with her.
