She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ohler and Mary Virginia Ohler (Brown); and her daughters, Roxanne Minerd and Denise Philip. She is survived by: her children, Phillip S. Franks, Jackie S. Franks, Kim Sero and Andy Franks; her grandchildren, Kristy Richards (Mark Hadnak), Rachel Richards, Lonny Minerd, Danielle Minerd, Michael Phillip (Samantha), Matthew Phillip (Katie), Carl Lease and Jennifer Lease; and her sons-in-law, Mike Phillip and Matthew Minerd. She is also survived by 17 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
