She was predeceased by: her parents, Burrell Lantz and Cordelia Brown Lantz; and her nephew Anthony W. Brown, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Niya Fairfax; her grandchildren, Shawn and Ta'Lynn Fairfax; her siblings, Marilyn Lantz of Washington, DC and Stuart Lantz (Linda) of San Diego, California; her aunts, Mary Rhodes of Dayton, OH and Gloria "Sugie" Lantz of Los Angeles; her uncle Edward "Bucky" Lantz (Linda) of Mt. Pleasant, PA; her sister-in-law Beatrice Brown of Uniontown, PA; her nieces, Jacquelyn Green of Roanoke, VA and Michelle Brown of Hyattsville, Maryland; her godchildren, Cameron McLee and Tamika Burke; her close friend Grace Ann McLee; and also Charles "Bucky" Fairfax. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
