It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Kaye Heger Waltz of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Heger (Betty) and Ralph G. Heger of Springfield, Illinois.; her husband David M. Waltz; and her siblings, Jack Edgecomb, James Edgcomb, Patricia Heger Hall and Martha Edgecomb Blakeman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne DeGarmo (Randy) of Claysville, PA, Laura Waltz (Pat Zollars) of Columbus, OH and Amy Waltz of Greensburg, PA; her grandchildren, JD Morris (Kathryn Hummel), Shelby DeGarmo (Lindsey Knox), Morgan DeGarmo Camerson (Jack), Megan Gruber (Michael Nicolai), Corey Gruber (Alisha), Jesse Gruber (Nikkie Rothwell), Ben Daughenbaugh and David Daughenbaugh; her great grandchildren, Maeve Laura Lynn Morris and Blakely Elisabet Camerson; and her pet Bosco.
