He was predeceased by: his father Mitchell; and his grandfather Woodrow Mitchell. He is survived by: his mother Cora Jean Swartz of New Freeport; his brother Joshua Swartz of Waynesburg; his grandmother Mary Lou Mitchell; his uncle Rick Mitchell (Denise); his nephew Skylar Swartz; and his cousins, Ricky Lee Mitchell, Jr. and Justin James Mitchell.
