She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Elsie Jane Costolo (Miller); her granddaughter Brianna Slampak Fincannon; and her sisters, Betty Malik and Ella Jean Kenes.
She is survived by: her children, Darla Goodwin (Bob) of Uniontown, Mary Lou Hunchuck of Connellsville, PA and Patrick William Collins (Colleen) of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Kelsie Goodwin, Kira Goodwin, Lauren, Kristan Hunchuck, Nina and Alivia Collins; her great grandchildren, Layla, Maddie and Goku; and her stepbrother Robert Costolo Jr..
