She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Carter and Rose Brown Carter; her daughter Roberta Carter; and her siblings, Shirly, Paul Jr., Thomas, Cynthia, Marcella and Carol.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Carter (Yvonne), James Carter, Sr., Janet Wallace (Alphonzo), Phyllis Carter (Robert) and Anthony Carter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lantz Funeral Home Inc. (297 E Main St, Uniontown, PA 15401). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
