He was predeceased by: his parents, Darlton H. Langley and Bertha Langley (Hughes). He is survived by: his wife Joycelyn A. Langley (Boger); his children, Susan E. Klatt (Ronald), Annapolis, MD and Clinton H. Langley (Deborah); his grandchildren, Erik O. Klatt (Emily), Paul R. Klatt, Evan L. Klatt, Caroline H. Langley, Garrett H. Langley and Juliette A. Langley; his great grandchildren, Oscar and Lillian Klatt; and his sister Olinda R. Beatty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
