He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin and Thelma Richter (Bowser); his sons, Patrick Richter (Kimberly) of Uniontown and Matthew Richter (Jennifer) of Reading, PA; his grandchildren, Ryan, Shawn and Bella Richter; and his siblings, Loretta Roebuck of Uniontown and Pat Armel (Dale) of Lemont Furnace. He was also cherished by Several nieces and nephews.
