He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stafancin and Anna Stefancin (Yourcheck); and his brother John Stefancin. He is survived by: his wife Joan Stefancin (Petruska) of Uniontown; his children, Cynthia Miller (Scott) of Jacksonville, FL, Robert M. Stefancin (Jill) of Akron, OH and Theodore Stefancin of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Theodore Stefancin Jr. (Shirley Zazado) of Uniontown and Patricia Stefancin of Ohio; and his great grandchildren, Barret Stefancin and Gabriel Patterson.
