He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scott and Lavinia Scott of Lamberton, PA.; his siblings, Thelma Walters, Adelaide Bryant, Clara Perkins, Bonita Scott, Pherbie Scott, Gloria Wilson, Nancy Floyd, Houston, Milton and Oliver Scott; and his son Stanford Samuel.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Scott; his children, Robert Scott III (Sterlene) of Uniontown, PA, Darnell Samuel (Sally) of Brownsville, PA, Darrell Samuel of Masontown, PA, Antonio Samuel (Tony) of Uniontown, PA, Debra Horton of Pittsburgh and Cheryl Scott of Uniontown, PA; and his sisters, Ida Henderson of Monroeville, PA and Mildred "Carol" Harrison (Gary) of Uniontown, PA. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
