He was predeceased by: his siblings, Valarie Jean Cullen and John W. Cullen (Melissa Mitchell); and his sons, James Mitchell and Randy Hetrick. He is survived by: his parents, John W. Cullen (Bill) and Alice R. Parker; his siblings, Rachel Parker, Furnace Pa Leatha Livingston (Cullen) and Chuck Cullen (Bobs) of McClellandtown Pa; and his nieces and nephews, Krystal Daugherty, Katrina Mitchell, Wesley Hetrick, David Dillenger, Jermiah Dillinger and Damien Dillard.
Friends will be received at the Donald R. Crawford Funeral Home in Hopwood Pa on Monday March 20, 2023 from 4:00pm - 6:30 pm in lieu of flowers donations are accepted to help with funeral costs.
