He was predeceased by: his parents, Hansford Lough and Ida Lough (Davies); his wife Peggy Sue Lough; his former wife Nancy Lough of Uniontown; and his children, James, Todd Lough (Brenda) of Hopwood, Timothy Lough (Donna) of Lemont Furnace, Richard Lough (Genevieve) of Uniontown, Sheldia Seman (Michael) of Deland Florida and Adam Lough (Brandy) of Uniontown.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Lough (Melissa) of Mt. Braddock, Donna Lough of Uniontown and Elizabeth Horton (Douglas) of Uniontown; and his daughters-in-law, Judy Lough of Lemont Furnace and Julia Lough of Uniontown. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
