We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2021, at the age of 69, Regina Ann Balaban of Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis M. "Frank" and Mary L. Balaban (Zerecheck). She is survived by: her brothers, Regis Balaban (Angela) of Broadview Heights, OH and Robert Balaban (Connie) of Warren, OH; and her nieces and nephews, Renee, Michael Urry, Regis, Susan Balaban, Jr., Kevin, Sue Balaban, Rachele and Greg Carroll.

In lieu of flowers family suggests donations be made to the family.
