Napper Jr., Jack Owens, Clara Napper, Margaret Ashley, Josephine Elsie, Lula Mae Randall and Ethel Mullens; her uncle Carl Capozza; and her aunts, Lillian Capozza and Ellen Wimbush.
She is survived by: her children, Antonio P. Samuel of Uniontown, PA, Darnell A. Samuel (Sally) of Brownsville, PA, Darrell S. Samuel of Masontown, PA, Robert Scott, III (Sterlene) of Uniontown, PA, Debra Horton of Pittsburgh, PA and Cheryl Scott of Uniontown, PA; her brother James Runner, Jr.; and her sisters-in-law, Ida Henderson of Monroeville, PA and Mildred "Carol" Harrison (Gary) of Uniontown, PA. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
