She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Frank" Franklin Campbell and Ada "Jenny" Viola Campbell (Taylor); her siblings, Ronald Campbell, Donna Gemas (Campbell), Wayne Campbell and Robert "Bobby" Campbell; and her nephew Brett Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Carl J. Horvath; her daughters, Michelle Alexander (Jason) and Tammy Deems (Michael); her sister Carol Collins (Don); her grandchildren, Brianna Swyers (Robert), Michael Means, Tim Trump (Jade), Scott Trump (Taylor), Kalaiha Deems, Jordan Walls (Logan), Victoria Deems, Zachary Deems (Jason) and Joshua Alexander; and her nieces and nephews, Ron Campbell Jr., Jerry Campbell, Debbie Campbell, James Collins (Wendy), Donald Collins Jr. (Kathy), Rebecca "Becky" Davis (Campbell), Jack Rodgers (Lindsey), Patrick Rodgers, Joseph Horvath, Dana Horvath, Anthony Horvath and Josh Horvath (Janay). She is also survived by several great grandchildren, great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
