She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Josephine Gallo and Walter Elias Lehman Sr.; her husband Frank Koza Jr.; and her siblings, Sandy Kipe, Joyce Gilmore and William "Skip" Lehman.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Koza-Lemansky (Patrick Lemansky), Susan Canales (Edward Canales) and Frank Koza (Stephanie Satanek); her grandchildren, Ryan John Canales (Victoria), Skyllar Sanchez (Jesus) and Ava Koza; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Elodie Canales, Kaylee and Adalee Sanchez; her siblings, Walter Lehman Jr., Cindy Tomasso and Sharon Guthrie; and her brother-in-law Gerald Koza. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
