It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Owen K. Silbaugh of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph G. Silbaugh and Ruth F. Silbaugh (Furnier); and his sister Trudy Edenfield. He is survived by: his children, Courtney N. Radcliffe (Harry) of Uniontown and Owen K. Silbaugh, Jr. (Treacy) of Wakefield, MA; the mother of his children Colleen McLaughlin (Bob) of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Harry, Jocelyn, Cole of Owen, III. and Brendan; and his brother John "Jack" Silbaugh of Warren, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
