He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry William Jacobs and Ivy Goring Jacobs; and his sister Brenda Jacobs. He is survived by: his children, Christina Jacobs Cumming (Michael Carrick) of Charleroi, Jessica Jacobs Modispaw of Hopwood and Michael King (Eric Hickman) of Bell Vernon; his siblings, Van Clyde Jacobs, Roger Dale Jacobs, Joseph David Jacobs, Sandra Williams and William Charles Jacobs; his grandchildren, Victoria Jo Sholtis, John Allen Sholtis and Reed Gabriel Modispaw; his great grandchild Ariya Gayle; and his close friend Sweet Pea.
Due to Covid-19 during the memorial service mask are mandatory and social distancing will be in affect.
