With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma L. Franks of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, born in Middlebourne, West Virginia, who passed away on May 31, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orrin Weekley and Juanita Weekley (Haught); and her daughter Cathy Jean Skiles. She is survived by: her children, David Skiles, Betty Grant of Lincolnshire, England of Uniontown, Michelle Williams of Uniontown and Susan Williams of Uniontown; her grandchildren, David Skiles Jr., Melissa Savage, Rachel Savage, Samuel Savage (Angel), Benjamin Williams (Madison), Daniel Grant, John Williams and Jimmy Mitchell; her great grandchild Brantley Mitchell; and her siblings, Ernie Weekley (Donna) of Zephyrhills, FL, Patricia Fonner (Ed) of Newport News, VA, Kathy Lee (Dave) of York, SC and John Weekley (Sue) of New Martinsville, WV.. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
