He was predeceased by: his parents, David Mills, Sr. and Eleanor Mills (Jones). He is survived by: his daughter Natalie Mills of Erie, PA; his brothers, David Mills, Jr. (Mary) of College Park, GA, Marvin Mills (Eileen) of Vanderbilt, PA and Raymond (Kelly) of Brownsville, PA; and his close friend Starr Lewis. He is also survived by three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives.
