He is survived by: his son Scott F. Sullivan of Uniontown; his stepdaughter Rose Mary Frazee of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Christopher, Ricky and Deana; and his great grandchildren, Ricky, Max, Noelle, Harper, Nova and Maryann.
