She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Smitley and Rose Marie Smitley (Sutyak); and her brothers, Christopher Michael and John Edward Smitley. She is survived by: her children, Amber Fitzpatrick of Fairchance, PA, Christopher Domico of Fairchance, PA and Justin Domico of Ohio; her grandchildren, Chelsea Domico, Kaylee Domico, Grayson Fitzpatrick, Christian Domico and Makenna Domico; and her siblings, Donald Smitley Jr. (Linda) of Markleysburg, Emma Matthews (Brett) of Lemont Furnace and Thomas Smitley (Colleen) of Uniontown. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
