It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Jane Jones of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, born in Fairchance, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert P. "Jumbo" Earley, Sr. and Mary Earley (Walton); and her siblings, Ruby, Loretta, Robert, Jr., Clifford and Joan.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Curry (Rhonda), Theresa Curry-Nicolette and Clark Curry (Fee); her adoptive children, Jessica Curry-Jones and Janai Curry-Jones; her stepsiblings, Rev. Lynn G. Robinson, Bennetta Reid, Bruce H. Robinson, Verga Faye Cohill and Sidney Bush; her nephews, Marcus and Gregory Earley; her niece Esther Green Miller; her close friend Sharlene Marbury; and her daughter-in-law Paula Marie. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lantz Funeral Home Inc. (297 E Main St, Uniontown, PA 15401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
