She is survived by: her children, Michael Cook (Debra) of Uniontown, Gerald Cook (Kelly) of Tucson, AZ, Diane Rowan (Robert) of Vanderbilt, Rosemary Johnson (Kurt) of Vanderbilt, Barbara Richardson (Patrick) of Camdon and Donna Peters (Randy) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her sister Verna Sipple (Forest) of Mt. Pleasant, PA.
