She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Scabis and Pauline Scabis (Coppolino); her husband Pete L. DeRose; and her siblings, Carmella Glagola, Phillip Scabis and Joseph Scabis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula DeRose Petrie (Ted), Uniontown and Tina DeRose Gulino (Nick); her granddaughters, Giavanna Gulino and Valentina Gulino; and her sister Nina Panko. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
